Apply liberally as many times as necessary in 15 minute intervals until pain is gone. This is generally 1-3 times, but use as often as is required, PainBomb applications are not limited, unlike chemical-based topicals.
Abscess - tooth, jaw, etc., (animals as well: tail, flank, etc.) Massage the outside of the area affected. PainBomb is safe to use inside the mouth. If high blood pressure is not an issue, peppermint oil may be added to the regimen, and clove oil is proven to kill bacteria & relieve toothache. Clove is a very hot oil, dilute if necessary.

Sciatica (& back pain in general) - on location, & importantly, massage deeply into the corresponding "sciatic nerve" reflex of heel (see chart above). Using heavy pressure, perhaps much of your own weight on the corner of a towel-wrapped brick or sharp steps, rock heel side to side & notice that discomfort occurs in the reflex, & there will be what feels like little lumps inside the heel. It is important that those lumps are massaged deeply and repeatedly, but don't bruise yourself. These combined actions should bring relief within the hour, and in one person, over time the sciatica pain was not detectable, and that person then took a karate class, all the way to a blue belt.
